                  <text>The Board of Trustees of the Village of Sleepy Hollow held a meeting on Tuesday, December
18, 2018 at Village Hall, 28 Beekman Avenue, Sleepy Hollow, New York.
Present:

Mayor Kenneth G. Wray
Deputy Mayor Glenn Rosenbloom
Rachelle Gebler
Sam Gonzalez
John Leavy
Sandra Spiro
Denlse Scagllone, Trustees

Also Present: Anthony P. Glaccio, Village Administrator
Joan Bucci, Village Deputy Clerk
Clinton Smith, Village Counsel
Sara DIGIacomo, Village Treasurer
Anthony Bueti, Village Police Chief
At 8:23 p.m. Mayor Wray called the meeting to order with a pledge to the flag.
Approval of Warrants:
On a motion by Trustee Scaglione, seconded by Trustee Gebler, the December 18 2018
warrant was approved and the Treasurer was authorized to pay bills in the amount of
$2,024,142.31. Motion carried.
Approval of Minutes:
On a motion by Trustee Gebler and seconded by Trustee Spiro the minutes from December
4, 2018 meeting were approved as amended. Motion carried. Trustee Leavy abstained.
Mayor's Announcement;
There will be no Board meetings the next two Tuesdays.
The Mayor and Board of Trustees wished everyone a Happy Holiday.
Administrator's Report;
Village Administrator, Anthony Glaccio, reported that the 2019 Calendar is now available and
residents should be receiving it In the mail. He thanked Village Clerk, Paula McCarthy
Tompkins for all her hard work.

Public Comments;
Mayor Wray opened the meeting to the public and invoked the 3 minute rule.
Judy Knispel, of River Street, spoke regarding her ongoing concerns about the bulk head
along the Riverwalk.
