Resolution of the Board of Trustees of the
Village of Sleepy Hollow to Approve NYCOM Training
Be It Resolved the Board of Trustees hereby authorizes the Village Clerk, Paula
McCarthy, Deputy Clerk, Joan Bucci, to attend the annual NYCOM fall training in
Saragota, NY, from September 16™ to September 18th 2019, not to exceed the cost
of $2,800.00, and
Be It Resolved the Board of Trustees hereby authorizes the Village Treasurer,
Sara DiGiacomo to attend the annual NYCOM fall training in Saratoga, NY, from
September 16th to September 20th 2019, not to exceed the cost of $2,000.00, and
Be It Further Resolved the Board of Trustees hereby authorize the Village Mayor,
Ken Wray, to attend the NYS Power Authority's conference in Albany, NY, from October
7th to October 8th, not to exceed $500.00

Resolution of the Board of Trustees of the
Village of Sleepy Hollow Awarding Curbing Bid
Whereas, the Village duly solicited bids to repair curbs on certain streets in the Village;
and
Whereas, Peter J. Landi, Inc. of Hawthorne, New York has been identified as the low
bidder with the lowest unit price (bid summary attached); and
Whereas, all bids have been reviewed by Dolph Rotfeld Engineering who determined
this bid to be acceptable and has recommended its approval; and
Whereas, Funds have been allocated in the 2018 capital budget;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Trustees herein accepts the
bid from Peter J. Landi, Inc. of Hawthorne for curb work on certain streets in the Village
at a total bid amount not to exceed $100,000.
