Landi, Inc. of Hawthorne, New York has been identified as the low bidder with the lowest unit price (bid summary attached); and Whereas, all bids have been reviewed by Dolph Rotfeld Engineering who determined this bid to be acceptable and has recommended its approval; and Whereas, Funds have been allocated in the 2018 capital budget; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Trustees herein accepts the bid from Peter J. Landi, Inc. of Hawthorne for curb work on certain streets in the Village at a total bid amount not to exceed $100,000.
