                  <text>The Board of Trustees of the Village of Sleepy Hollow held a meeting on Tuesday,
September 24, 2019 at Village Hall, 28 Beekman Avenue, Sleepy Hollow, New York.
Present:

Mayor Kenneth G. Wray
Deputy Mayor Glenn Rosenbloom
Rachelle Gebler
Sam Gonzalez
Denise Scaglione
Sandra Spiro, Trustees

Also Present: Anthony P. Giaccio, Village Administrator
Paula A. McCarthy Tompkins, Village Clerk
Clinton Smith, Village Attorney
Absent: John Leavy, Trustee
Sara DiGiacomo, Treasurer
At 7:05 p.m. Mayor Wray called the meeting to order with a pledge.
Approval of Warrants:
On a motion by Trustee Scaglione, seconded by Trustee Gebler, the warrant was
approved and the Treasurer was authorized to pay bills in the amount of $474,915.41
Motion carried.
Approval of Minutes:
On a motion by Trustee Scaglione, seconded by Trustee Spiro, the Minutes of
September 17, 2019 were approved. Motion carried.
Mayor's Announcement:
Mayor Wray thanked Diana Loja, Kersten Harris and Rachelle Gebler for a successful
cultural festival that took place at Kingsland Point Park on September 21st.
Public Comments:
Mayor Wray opened the meeting to the public and invoked the 3 minute rule.
Frank Occhipinti of Webber Ave addressed the Mayor and the Board of Trustees and
asked if the fence on Rt 9 was on village property and if it was paid for. He also asked
if the vehicle and traffic laws are distributed equally throughout the Village.
There were no further comments.

New Business:
Deputy Mayor Rosenbloom asked that the LDC and Public Space Committees present an
update to the Board in the near future.
Mayor Wray asked for a motion to extend the Comprehensive Plan Public Hearing
comments deadline to Tuesday, October 22, 2019. Trustee Gonzalez moved, seconded
by Trustee Gebler. Motion carried.

Mayor Wray opened the meeting to the public and invoked the 3 minute rule.
There were no comments at this time.
At 7:55 pm on motion by Trustee Gonzalez, seconded by Trustee Gebler the Board
went into executive session to discuss a personnel matter.
At 8:20pm on a motion by Trustee Scaglione, seconded by Trustee Gebler, the Board
exited executive session.
At 8:21pm on a motion by Trustee Scaglione, seconded by Trustee Gebler, the meeting
was adjourned.
