Authorizing the Village Administrator to Solicit Bids
for the Beekman Avenue Sidewalk Project
Whereas, The Village Administrator has requested permission to solicit bids for the
Beekman Avenue Sidewalk Project, and
Whereas, Specifications for this work have been completed by WSP Engineering,
Now, therefore, be it resolved, that the Mayor and the Board of Trustees of the
Village of Sleepy Hollow authorizes the Village Administrator to solicit bids for the
Beekman Avenue Sidewalk Project.

Resolution of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Sleepy Hollow
Authorizing Kayak Rack Rental Fee
Whereas, the Village of Sleepy Hollow Board of Trustees is desirous of renting
out the kayak storage rack at Horan's Landing, and
Whereas, Recreation Superintendent, Matt Arone has recommended that the Village
Board adopt a rental fee of $225.00 for the season, starting April 1st 2020 and ending
November 30, 2020.
Now, therefore be it resolved the Board of Trustees of the Village of Sleepy Hollow
adopts such rental fee for the Kayak Rack at Horan's Landing,

Whereas, the Board of Trustees approves the actions and recommendations of the
Ambulance Corps Members, as stated in the enclosed memo to the Board, (attached)
Be It Resolved, that the Board of Trustees directs the Village Clerk to notify the
Ambulance Chief in writing of this resolution.
