Such program would consist of a defined benefit plan as a service award which could be established for an annual cost estimated at $2,600.00 per participant the first year, and in subsequent years the anticipated annual cost will be based upon an actuarial analysis of the membership census and consideration of the number of firefighters who earned 50 Length of Service Points.
