" A a n d A r t i d e 1 1 - A A A A o f t h e General Municipal f M Law of the State of New York was held on October 3, 2020 ("Referendum"); and WHEREAS, the vote on the Referendum was 295 in favor, 45 opposed, and 4 abstained; now therefore, be it, ' RESOLVED, that the Board of Trustees of the Village receives and certifies the vote on the Referendum as 295 in Favor, 45 opposed, and 4 abstained; and be it further RESOLVED, that the Village adopts the service award program; and be it further RESOLVED, that the program shall consist of a defined benefit plan with investment, actuarial, and administrative sen/ices to be provided by such contractors as shall be retained on behalf of the Village; and be it further RESOLVED, that the Village shall administer the service award program; and be I v I LJI LI ICI RESOLVED, that the Village Clerk shall give notice of this Resolution to the New York State Comptroller by October 31, 2020.
