                  <text>The Board of Trustees of the Village of Sleepy Hollow held a meeting on Tuesday
October 13, 2020 Village Hall, 28 Beekman Avenue, Sleepy Hollow, New York

At 7:00 p.m. Mayor Wray called the meeting to order with a pledge to the flag and a
moment of silence for the passing of Jose Elpidio-Neris father of Police Officer Lisanny
Neris.
Warrant: M o t i o n was made by Trustee Scaglione, seconded by Trustee Gebler to
approve warrant 200CT13 in the amount of $553,489.20. Motion passed. 7-0.
Mayor's Announcements: Mayor Wray informed the residents about the leaf pick up
policy and bulk pick-up schedule. Mayor Wray reminded residents to be safe this
Halloween season. Congratulations to Deputy Mayor Rosenbloom on the birth of his
grandchild. Congratulations to Police Officer Jeffery Muendel on the birth of his son.
Public Comments: Assistant Fire Chief, John Korzelius thanked the Village Board and
the residents for approving the LOSAP program for the volunteer fire department and
ambulance corps. Mr. Korzelius specifically thanked Trustee Gonzalez for the extra
work that he did on the LOSAP program. Mr. Korzelius reminded residents to have their
boiler checked before the winter.
Resoiutions:
Motion was made by Trustee Gebler, Seconded by Trustee Leavy to approve a bond
resolution. Motion passed 7-0.
Motion was made by Trustee Leavy, Seconded by Trustee Scaglione to approve a
resolution acknowledging the actions of the ambulance corps. Motion passed 7-0.
