The meeting was broadcasted live. Residents could not attend in person due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The Village Board participated by video. Present: Mayor Kenneth G. Wray (By Video) Deputy Mayor Denise Scaglione (By Video) Rachelle Gebler (By Video) Sandra Spiro (By Video) Tom Andruss (By Video) Jared Rodriguez (By Video) Trustees Sam Gonzalez (Absent) Also Present: Anthony Giaccio, Village Administrator (By Video) Anthony Bueti, Police Chief (By Video) Sara DiGiacomo, Village Treasurer (By Video) Matt Arone, Recreation Superintendent (By Video) Sean McCarthy, Building Inspector (By Video) Mayor Wray called the work session to order at 7:00 p.m. and read the following statement: "Tonight's work session is being convened in accordance with the Governor's Executive Order Number 202. J, dated March 13, 2020, which suspends certain provisions of the New York State Open Meetings Law to allow a municipal board to convene a meeting via videoconferencing. In accordance with the Executive Order, the public has been provided with the ability to view tonight's work session and public hearing, and a transcript will be provided at a later date. I have also confirmed with our Village clerk that this meeting has been duly noticed by posting a notice on the Village's bulletin boards, posting a copy on the Village's website, and listing it on the Village's Facebookpage " Roll call was taken and the following Village Board members responded "present": Deputy Mayor Denise Scaglione Tom Andruss Jared Rodriguez Sandra Spiro Rachelle Gebler RECREATION BUDGET: Recreation Superintendent, Matt Arone addressed the Board to discuss his department's budget requests. Mr. Arone went line by line of the various budgets he is responsible for. Discussion ensued. �BUILDING DEPARTMENT BUDGET: Building Department, Sean McCarthy addressed the Board to discuss his department's budget requests. Mr. McCarthy summarized his requests which included an additional part-time code enforcer. Mr. McCarthy gave an overview of the anticipated revenue that his department is expected to generate this upcoming year. Discussion ensued. At 8:00 the work session was adjourned.
