WHEREAS, on July 13, 2021 a public hearing was held to receive public input on the

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Trustees of the Village of

Whereas, The Village of Sleepy Hollow certifies that it has identified and secured
$382,750.00 of matching funds from Capital Budget pursuant to the requirements of
the grant program.
Now therefore, be it resolved that The Village of Sleepy Hollow hereby authorizes
Anthony Giaccio, Village Administrator, an official or employee, to act on its behalf in
submittal of an application through the Consolidated Funding Application for
$1,148,250.00, to be used for the Ichabod Landing Bulkhead Repairs.

Anthony Giaccio, Village Administrator, an official or employee, to act on its behalf in
submittal of an application through the Consolidated Funding Application for $75 000 to
be used for the development of a Climate Action Plan in pursuit of the Villaqe's Climate
Smart Silver Certification.
