Square foot rectangle that is perpendicular to Ridge Street, parallel to Gory Brook Road, and the entrance to 120 Gory Brook Road; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Village Clerk shall give due notice of this public hearing in accordance with the Village Code and the provisions of the Municipal Home Rule Law of the State of New York.
