Resolution of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Sleepy Hollow
Appointing Community Liaison-Spanish Speaking
Whereas on September 12, 2018, Diana Loja was appointed provisionally to the full-time
position of Community Liaison-Spanish Speaking, and
Whereas, on June 13, 2021, Diana Loja, took the required civil service exam #60-551 and
passed by scoring first on this list.
Now, Therefore Be It Resolved, that the Board of Trustees, do hereby authorize the
permanent appointment of Diana Loja, as Community Liaison-Spanish Speaking in the Village of
Sleepy Hollow, from Civil Service eligible list#60-551, and
Be It Further Resolved that said appointment has been approved by the Westchester County
Department of Human Resources and a mandatory probationary period of twelve to fiftv two
weeks is in effect.

Resolution of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Sleepy Hollow
Appointing Deputy Treasurer
Whereas, the Village Treasurer and the Village Board is desirous of hiring a full-time
Deputy Treasurer to assist in the daily operations of the Finance Department and to
fulfill a current opening, and
Whereas, Treasurer DiGiacomo, has conducted interviews with several candidates and
recommends the appointment of Jessica McMahon to this position.
Now Therefore Be It Resolved the Board of Trustees of the Village of Sleepy Hollow
approve the Mayor's appointment of Jessica McMahon of Wappinger Falls, NY, to the
position of Deputy Treasurer, at an annual salary of $85,000, effective December 22,
2021, and all other terms and conditions of employment will be as per the Village's
current personnel manual and other policies and procedures, unless and until
subsequently altered by Board resolution, and
Be It Further Resolved that said appointment is subject to a probationary period of
12 to 52 weeks and the approval of the Westchester County Department of Human
Resources.

Sleepy Hollow to Suspend Meter Parking
Be it Resolved that the Board of Trustees does hereby suspend requirements for the
meter parking payments, for the Holiday season, starting December 13, 2021 and
ending January 3, 2022.
Be it Further Resolved the Chief of Police is directed to place seasonal bags on the
meters during this time.
