The Code of the Village of Sleepy Hollow is amended at Section 400-60 entitled "Maximum speed limits" by: A. ! Name of Street Route U.S. 9 Amending the sixth provision thereof to read: Speed Limit (mph) Location 30 Northbound between the Tarrytown Village Line and Highland Avenue B. Deleting the third and fifth provisions thereof which set a 35 mph speed limit on Route U.S. 9 (1) Northbound from Highland Avenue to the Mount Pleasant Town (2) Avenue. Southbound from the Mount Pleasant Town Line to Highland Line. Section 2. The invalidity of any word, section, clause, paragraph sentence, part, or provision of this local law shall not affect the validity of any part of this local law which can be given effect without such invalid part or parts. Section 3.
