https://sleepyhollow.localarchives.org/files/original/9dcf339bd0cef70886331c9f95ef8eae.pdf 1220f68ed64543f818690d3031ae1c52 PDF Text Text AprU19,2018 RESOLUTION Adopted at the AprU 19,2018 Meeting of the Village of Sleepy Hollow Planning Board WHEREAS, on or about August 12,2014, an application was submitted on behalf of Hall Management, LLC ("the Applicant") seeking site plan approval to permit reuse of a portion of 178 Beekman Avenue (aka the French Social Club or the "Site") as a place of worship on a temporary basis, approximately 18 months, while a permanent facility is being constructed in White Plains ("the Proposed Action"); and WHEREAS, the reuse of 178 Beekman would include the reuse of the first floor of the building, there is no off-street parking associated with this property; and WHEREAS, the proposed use is a permitted use in the C-2 District, and the building meets the various dimensional requirements associated with the C-2 District; and WHEREAS, given the existing conditions of the building, dimensionally, as it is situated on the lot, and the lack of on-site parking required by the Village Code, the Proposed Action was referred to the Zoning Board of Appeals; and WHEREAS, on October 15, 2014, after a properly noticed public hearing on the Proposed Action, the Zoning Board of Appeals granted approval of the required dimensional and parking variances; and WHEREAS, the Planning Board reviewed and considered the Proposed Action at its September 18, 2014 and October 16, 2014 meetings; and WHEREAS a properly noticed public hearing on the Proposed Action was held before the Planning Board on October 16, 2014, at which time those wishing to be heard were given the opportunity to speak; and WHEREAS, the Planning Board and its consultants scrutinized and evaluated the information presented in the Planning Board Application, Environmental Assessment Form, Site Plan Drawings and supporting analyses and letters; and WHEREAS, the Applicant appeared before the Village of Sleepy Hollow Zoning Board of Appeals on April 18, 2018 to request and extension of their previously granted variance and said extension was granted for one year; and, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the final site plan approval, as defined in the recitals is granted an extension for one year to coincide with the extension granted by the Zoning Board of Appeals on April 18,2018; and be it further RESOLVED that that all other conditions of the original Site Plan Approval remain in full force and effect. �THE PLANNING BOARD OF THE VILLAGE OF SLEEPY HOLLOW ^ ^ o f d o n Swartz, f)epmy Chainnan ,ttteundefsiQned Deputy Oerfc, t hereby certify t ^ ^ rue a)py of m extract duty actofjted the B m ^ ^ ste^of the VlIfaQe of Sleepy Hotiwvi onthe fflLday . 20 and of the whole thereof^ f further certify that the same was entered into the jtes of the meeting of said Board of Tnjstees held oh ! date.
