The resolution was previously approved. 2) Maken Land Development - 545 North Broadway - Preliminary Presentation William Lachenauer of Hudson Engineering and Nick Shirriah of Maken Construction represented the application. The project is a proposed single family residence. Borings were conducted and storm water management has been addressed. The applicant believes there will be no adverse affect on the neighbors. The Board had several questions. Chairman Martone said that the applicant has provided enough information to set a public hearing. Motion to set a public hearing on May 21, 2015: Moved: McCarthy Seconded: Aridas Absent: DelVecchio Vote: 6-0 SET PUBLIC HEARING �3) Rock of Salvation Church - 131-135 Cortlandt Street - Resolution Chairman Martone summarized the status of the application. A site plan resolution has been drafted with the following conditions - The application and review fees are paid The site plan indicates the merging of the two properties That there be no vehicular gate That bollards be installed That the access and drainage easements are recorded The Storm Water Management plan is approved The Site Plan is revised.
