Chairman Martone started the meeting and introduced the applicant.
Attorney, Mark Weingarten introduced representatives from Edge on Hudson (formally
Lighthouse Landing). Mr. Weingarten described the history of the former General Motors site.
Planner, Andy Tung summarized the plan, which includes 1,177 housing units, retail area and
public parks at 199 Beekman Avenue. Architects from Hart Howerton described the
architectural designs of the buildings and streetscape. Questions and comments were solicited.

The meeting ended at 9:00.
