The meeting came at the request of the Planning Board who wanted an update on what projects the LDC has been working on. Specifically, plans for the redevelopment of the east parcel. LDC Chairman David Schroedel informed the Planning Board that the SEQRA process for the site has begun and that the LDC has indicated it's intension to be lead agency. Mr. Schroedel said that the Planning Board will have plenty of opportunity to comment on any proposed plans and that the Planning Board will ultimately have to approve the site plan. Discussion ensued. The meeting was adjourned at 9:00 The next Planning Board meeting will be on November 19, 2015 at 8:00pm.
