John Riley is an architect and is representing this application on behalf of the applicant.
John Riley stated that the applicants lot line is being adjusted. He referred to a survey to show the
existing property boundaries. He also showed the proposed lot line adjustment. He stated that the
adjustment will confirm to the Village Zoning code.
Sean McCarthy responded that all zoning setbacks will be verified.
Hugh Jones asked about the building coverage on the drawings is incorrect. He also stated that the
Zoning Compliance form needs to have the data checked.

�Sean McCarthy asked if the applicant can appear before the WAC.
The Chair agreed.

2) Mahopac National Bank

Accessible Ramp -

Robinson Morel is representing this application.
Robinson Morel discussed the proposed handicapped ramp.
The Chair asked if a Zoning variance application is needed.
Janet Gandolfo stated that the application is before the Village Board of Trustees.
Sean McCarthy stated that the Trustees are looking for feedback from the Planning Board.
There was an open discussion on whether or not the bank can accomplish the same goal by performing
only interior construction.

3) Village Comprehensive Plan Sean McCarthy provided 2 memos to the Board. The memos included establishing possible topics
that the Board can review as well as possible sub-committees that the Board can create to address
these topics.
Sean McCarthy produced a copy of the 1963 Village of Sleepy Hollow Comprehensive Plan. It
was agreed that copies would be produced for the Board.

4) Minutes The minutes from the November 2009 meetings will be reviewed at the next meeting.
