Adopted at the November 19,1998 Meeting
of the Village of Sleepy Hollow Planning Board
RESOLUTION:

Subdivision of Parcel B-17, 650 Bedford Road, for estate planning purposes
only.
PROPOSED:

Subdivision of an existing 81.49± acre parcel into two
lots. The proposed parcel, containing approximately
12.8 acres, would be transferred to a qualified
personal residence trust for estate planning purposes.

WHEREAS, the Planning Board of the Village of Sleepy Hollow has reviewed an application
dated September 10, 1998, including short environmental assessment form and preliminary
subdivision map; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Board has, after following the requirements of the State
Environmental Quality Review Act (SEQRA) declared themselves to be the Lead Agency in this
action; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Board held a public hearing on November 19, 1998; and
WHEREAS, the Applicant's attorney indicated that Applicant has no intention of developing
the property but that the subdivision was required for estate planning purposes; and
WHEREAS, the public hearing was closed that night with no additional comments presented
on the proposed plan; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the above referenced subdivision approval,
is hereby granted.
