PROPOSED: Subdivision of an existing 81.49± acre parcel into two lots. The proposed parcel, containing approximately 12.8 acres, would be transferred to a qualified personal residence trust for estate planning purposes. OWNER: David Rockefeller LOCATION: 650 Bedford Road TAX MAP DESIGNATION: Part of Section 111.17, Block 1 Lot 2, Parcel B-17 ZONING: R-40 WHEREAS, the Planning Board of the Village of Sleepy Hollow has reviewed an application dated September 10, 1998, including short environmental assessment form and preliminary subdivision map; and WHEREAS, the Planning Board has, after following the requirements of the State Environmental Quality Review Act (SEQRA) declared themselves to be the Lead Agency in this action; and WHEREAS, the Planning Board held a public hearing on November 19, 1998; and WHEREAS, the Applicant's attorney indicated that Applicant has no intention of developing the property but that the subdivision was required for estate planning purposes; and WHEREAS, the public hearing was closed that night with no additional comments presented on the proposed plan; and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the above referenced subdivision approval, is hereby granted.
