30 October 1963

Mr. & Mrs, Julius Suchy
57 Clinton St.
No. Tarrytown, N.Y.
Dear Mr. £ Mrs. Suchy:
Your letter of October 4th, 1983 requesting a variance
from the provisions of Section 9 - Setback Building Lines
has been referred to the Planning Board.
Upon study, the Board feels that a case of hardship
is not apparent, therefore, it does not warrant the granting
of a variance.
Very truly yours,

cc: Board of Trustees
Zoning Board of Appeals

Anthony Gasparovic
