PLANNING BOARD MEETING - APPROVED
April 19, 2007
The meeting was called to order at 8:00 pm by David Perlmutter, Acting Chairman. The
Chair noted that a quorum was present.

1) Minutes for the January and March 2007 meetings -

The minutes from the January 2007 and March 2007 meetings will be reviewed at the
next meeting.

Owen Wells read the draft Resolution aloud.
The Chair asked if the Board had any questions.

George Tanner made a motion to adopt the draft Resolution approving the site plan.
Gary Malunis seconded. It was unanimous (4-0).

3) Nextel of NY

Wireless Comms Facility -

Robert Gordioso is an attorney representing this application.
Robert Gordioso stated that the application has been revised to reflect some of the
Village’s comments. He stated that the antenna has been lowered to comply with the
Village Zoning code. He also stated that Sprint has been added as a co-applicant on this
site.
George Tanner stated that a shed is proposed near the flagpole. He stated that the
exposed wiring should be buried.
Robert Gordioso responded that he would consult with the design engineers to see if it is
feasible.
Sean McCarthy stated that there is a code text change that is before the Village Board of
Trustees.
There was an open discussion on whether to schedule a public hearing or not.
It was decided that the Planning Board will wait until the Trustees act on the proposed
code revision before the public hearing would be scheduled for their Board.
This was adjourned to the next meeting.
