The meeting was called to order by David Perlmutter. Acting
Chair noted that a quorum was present

a) Michael Poorlev Michael Doorley summarized the proposed subdivisions on Highland Ave and Palmer
Ave
Dave Smith stated that the Planning Board should declare itself the Lead Ageac% on this
application
George Tanner made a motion to have the Planning Board declare itsdtf the Lead
Agency Nicholas Cicchetti seconded It was unanimous
There was an open discussion on referring this matter to the Waterfront Advbory
Committee
The Chair asked if the Planning Board had any comments on the sketch plants
There were no comments
Dave Smith stated that after the preliminary plat and final pirn are approved, thett should

�be a public hearing scheduled.
Dave Smith stated that the applicant had submitted all the necessary forms to support the
application.

b) Minutes The minutes from the January 2001 and February 2001 meeting will be reviewed at the
next meeting.
George Tanner made a motion to adjourn. Dorota S^^em-Kopczynski seconded. It was
unanimous.

Planning Board Meeting, March IS, 2001

�The Chairman stated that the Planning Board needs to submit an annual report
summarizing their work to the Village Board of Trustees as per NYS law.
Dave Smith to prepare a short statement on the approved projects. It will also include:
1) Adoption of rules and procedures for the Planning Board.
2) Up-zoning of the Rockefeller lands.
3) Adopting Village and/or Historic landmarks.
The Village Board as of yet has not adopted these additional items. Dave Smith will
include in the report for Village Board response.
g) Election of Chairman George fanner nominated Nicholas Robinson as Chairman. Nicholas Cicchetti
seconded. It was unanimous.
h) Minutes The minutes from the January 2001 and February 2001 meeting were reviewed. There
were no corrections.
The minutes for March 2001 were reviewed. Thefollowingcorrection was noted:
Add: "The Village Engineer provided comments to the applicant on 3/15/01."
George Tanner made a motion to approve the minutes. Nicholas Cicchetti seconded. It
was unanimous.
George Tanner made a motion to adjourn. David Perlmutter seconded. It was
unanimous.
