Chairman Galgano called the meeting to order at 8:00 P.M.
MINUTES
After a discussion, Mr. Salman moved, seconded by Mr. McCarthy,
that the minutes of January 21, 1993 be approved with minor
corrections. Unanimously carried.
Chairman Galgano stated that the meeting was called to discuss
various matters.
BEDFORD PARK
Dr. Salman requested that an accounting be given of the $15,000
paid by Mr. Pateman. He stated he thought the money was to be held
in escrow for replanting of trees on the site, if required.
Mr. Spencer stated he would check the original resolution and give
a report at the next meeting.
Mr. Margotta reported that Mr. Pateman had been selling lots at
Bedford Park and has obtained one building permit to build a house
on the cul-de-sac.
USE OF CONSULTANTS
Mr. Galgano stated he felt the planning and engineering consultants

Board and unless something comes before him there need not be a
March meeting.
There being no further business to come before the Board Mr.
Donovan moved, seconded by Mr. McCarthy, that the same be duly
adjourned. Unanimously carried.
Respectfully submitted,
Irene Amato
