Present: James Galgano, Chairman John O'Leary Steven Baderian Also present: Absent: James Margotta, Building Inspector Thomas Gisson, Consultant, Clarke Associates Joseph Gulino, Consultant, CAMCE Engineers Robert Spencer, Attorney Roman Windas Ellen Tsgangaris Richard Ayers Because of a lack of a quorum, Chairman Galgano cancelled the meeting at 8:45 PM. However, he allowed informal discussions to take place on the Akin subdivision matter. Mr. Galgano asked the Building Inspector to include instructions when sending out the Planning Agendas that Planning Board Members notified him if they do not plan to attend a regular meeting. Meeting adjourned 9:00 PM.
