                  <text>A Regular Meeting of the Planning Board was scheduled for August
15, 1991 at 8:00PM in Village Hall, North Tarrytown, New York.

Because of a lack of a quorum, Chairman Galgano cancelled the
meeting at 8:45 PM. However, he allowed informal discussions to
take place on the Akin subdivision matter.
Mr. Galgano asked the Building Inspector to include instructions
when sending out the Planning Agendas that Planning Board Members
notified him if they do not plan to attend a regular meeting.
Meeting adjourned 9:00 PM.
