Galgano John O'Leary Frank Rey Tom Homan, Village Administrator Jim Margotta, Building Inspector John J. Hughes, Village Attorney Chairman Galgano called the meeting to order at 8:10 p.m. 1. Matter of LaCarrubba Mr. Donal Walsh, representing Mr. Domenic LaCarrubba, presented the Planning Board with plans relating to the property located at the corner of Bedford Road and North Broadway. The issues of access, signage and landscaping were discussed. Any approval granted must be subject to the approval of the New York State Department of Transportation and the Westchester County Planning Commission. A public hearing was called for the April meeting. 2. Pocantico Street Project This matter was reviewed with the Applicant and sent to the Zoning Board of Appeals so that the variances needed to develop the site could be addressed. � Dublin Core The Dublin Core metadata element set is common to all Omeka records, including items, files, and collections.
