Mr. James Galgano, Chairman, opened the meeting of A p r i l 2 , 1987 at 8:05 p.m.
i n regard to the review o f Mr. Mangieri's s i t e plan.
Mr. Galgano stated that Mr. Mangieri had gone to the building inspector,
Mr. Margotta, and the building inspector had a l i s t o f v i o l a t i o n s that had
to be done f i r s t before going t o The Zoning Board of Appeals.
Mr. Mangieri's architect f o r the project presented the s i t e plan to the
Board explaining the location o f the two buildings, parking, and number of
dwelling u n i t s .
Mr. Galgano questioned the Board about the resolution for a lead agency.
Mr. Ponzini commented that the Board should declare themselves as a lead
agency f o r any environmental considerations when i t comes to the f i n a l s i t e
plan review. Frank Rey make a motion to declare themselves a lead agency;
Mr. Dool seconded the motion. A l l Board members present voted i n favor of
the motion.
Mr. Galgano questioned the Board i f t h e i r was a resolution of the s i t e plan.
Mr. Ponzini commented that The Planning Board might want to make a resolution
with the appraisal of the preliminary approval subject to the variance of The
Zoning Board and subject t o f i n a l s i t e plan review. Mr. Rey made a motion
to pass the s i t e plan on to The Zoning Board; Mr. Dool seconded the motion.
A l l Board members present voted in favor of the motion.
The meeting was adjourned at 8:25 p.m.
