<text>THE PLANNING BOARD OF NORTH TARRYTOWN
DATE:

October 30, 1986

PRESENT:

James Galgano, Chairman
Raymond Dool
James Margotta, Building Inspector
John O'Leary
Attorney Robert Pierce
Frank Rey
Roman Windas

The meeting convened at approximately 8:20 p.m. This meeting was for
the purpose of reviewing the re-submission of Mr. George Kahn's siteplan.
As the site-plan was reviewed by the members of the Board, Mr. Windas
commented that there was an inconsistency with Mr. Kahn's letter of
June 2 and the re-submitted site-plan. The June 2 letter stated that
the lot would be for the use of the employees. The site-plan stated
that the lot would be used for customer drop/off and pick/up of their
cars, and also employees.
After a discussion with Mr. Kahn about this inconsistency, a decision
(was made that the lot would be used for employees and for other uses
such as customer drop/off and pick/up of their cars.
John O'Leary moved that the site-plan be approved and James Galgano
seconded it. A vote was taken as follows:
