Notice of Mr. Ralph DeRosa, representing Greene County Importers, addressed the Board. He stated that the applicant was in the process of selling the old building and business. In order to satisfy legal requirements, the present store must be separated from the new building. When the sub-division request is approved, the two buildings will be on separate parcels as required by Village codes. No one else addressed the Board. John O'Leary moved to close the hearing, seconded by Raymond Dool. Motion carried. In the Business meeting that followed, Mr. O'Leary inquired as to whether or not the Greene County trucks will be loading and unloading on Beekman Avenue. Building Inspector, James Margotta stated that loading and unloading were to be done off the street, but was still being done on the street. According to the minutes of Zoning Board meetings, Greene County was to unload and load off the street. Board members requested that no action be taken on sub-division request until the matter of off-street loading be resolved. Building Inspector Margotta stated that the Board has 60 days to take action. If no action is taken by then, approval is automatic.
