Plans were submitted by Mr. &amp; Mrs. Sebastian Amenta showing
property at 239-240 Broadway. They stated that they plan on
taking down the frame house on this property and adding more
parking spaces. There was no opposition to their proposed
off-street parking.
Since there was no quorum present there could be no decision
made.
Another date will be set to finalize question.

There was scheduled for May 17 a meeting to approve or disapprove the application of Joaquim Pastilha to subdivide his
property located at 41 Gordon Avenue.
Arthur Litt spoke for Mr. Pastilha and stated that his plans
were in order and that there were no violations and suggested
that the Planning Board grant the subdivision.
However, there could be no decision because there was no quorum;
Joseph Ruscigno, Ray Windas, Frank Rey were absent.
Another date will be set to finalize this question.
