VILLAGE OF NORTH TARRYTOWN

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Board of the Village of
North Tarrytown will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, April 21, 1983
in the Municipal Building, 28 Beekman Avenue, North Tarrytown, New York,
at 8:00 P.M. upon the application of the Estate of John D. Rockefeller III
the Estate of Nelson A. Rockefeller, The Estate of Nelson A. Rockefeller,
The National Trust for Historic Preservation, Laurence S. Rockefeller,
Laurence Rockefeller and David Rockefeller, Margaretta F. Rockefeller
and Blartchette H. Rockefeller for approval of a partition plat entitled
"Map of Property Belonging to The Rockefeller Family, Village of North
Tarrytown, Town of Mount Pleasant and Town of Greenburgh, Westchester
County, New York, Scale 1" = 100', dated November 1, 1982 prepared by
H. Stanley Johnson, Land Surveyor, 173 Lexington Avenue, Mount Kisco,
New York.
The land on said plat being bounded on the north by Sleepy Hollow
Road, on the east by Consolidated Edison of New York Inc. and State of
New York, on the south by County House Road and on the west by the
Hudson River and known on the tax assessment maps of the Village of
North Tarrytown as follows:

�Mrs. Edward Swaby, Spruce Street, wanted to know i f there were plans to have
any parking near Gory Brook Road; she was advised that there were no such plans.
Dr. SOH^OTL questioned Mr. Snyder about bus parking.

Mr. Snyder said that i f

the Master Plan is implemented, there would be about five bus slots off Route 117
along with the automobile parking.
There was a question also regarding Permits.

This will be a State option and

the question of "not allowed" activities being posted is also regulated by New
York State Parks and Recreation Department rules which do indicate which type of
activities are permitted.
Second hearing was adjourned at 9:05
The two matters before the Planning Board on June 30 will be taken into consideration and the parties concerned will be advised as soon as there is a decision.

Planning Board MeetingThe Board reconvened at 9:15 and Chairman Salman read the
"Finding of Fact" as prepared by Counsel Walsh.
On a motion by Mr. Ruscigno and seconded by Dr. Salman
the Board accepted the Findings and agreed to permit
sub-division and directed Counsel to prepare an appropriate
resolution.

After such resolution is presented, the Village

Clerk will poll each member of the Board.
Resolution to accept Findings of Fact was unanimous upon an
individual poll of the Board.
Mr. Ruscigno moved and seconded by Mr. Rey that the Board
adjourn.

Motion carried.

Board adjourned at 9:30
