Windas , Chairman Planning Board To From V#R Subject * Pa S e » Assessor Resubdivision Date 20 March 30 Ray; Enclosed please find the request of Mrs. Chamberlain, formerly owner of the parcel of land on Merlin Ave. She has sold the property with the house on it, and retained the parcel now designated 1C1 and 1C. The house property retains the designation of IB. This parcel was originally lOOfeet frontage. She sold off 75 feet with the house on it, retaining 25 feet (1C1 which she added to 1C making a buildable lot of 75 feet of frontage. She did not go through any of the steps for resubdivision, creating a problem on the Tax billings. I believe this should be approved, and the new lot given a designation for the benefit of the Assessor and the Tax collector. Mt. Pleasant calls this an illegal subdivision.
