Y. Present: James Galgano, Aotiing Chairperson Francis Caro Prank Rey Roman Windas (arrived late) Absent: Demetrious Caraley The meeting was called to order by acting Chairperson, James Galgano. Counsel Robert Ponzini read the published notice regarding a proposal with respect to subdividing the lot designated as Section 16, Block 9f Lot IB, 206 Depeyster Street, owned by Alvira Margotta. Mr. James Margotta, representing Alvira Margotta, was asked to make a presentation of the subdivision request. There were no citizens present for comment regarding the petition. It was moved by Frank Caro and seconded by James Galgano, the application as prepared by Charles Riley, Land Surveyor, Tarrytown, N.Y. be granted and the following resolution regarding the subdivision of the property was passed unanamously:*See attached survey. It was moved by James Galgano that the public hearing be closed. There being no further business the meeting was adjourned at 9s20 P-M.
