met on Tuesday, May 13, I98O at 8:30 P-M. in the Municipal
Building, 23 Beekman Avenue, North Tarrytovm, N. Y.

The meeting was called to order by acting Chairperson,
James Galgano.
Counsel Robert Ponzini read the published notice regarding a proposal with respect to subdividing the lot designated as Section 16, Block 9f Lot IB, 206 Depeyster Street,
owned by Alvira Margotta.
Mr. James Margotta, representing Alvira Margotta, was
asked to make a presentation of the subdivision request.
There were no citizens present for comment regarding
the petition.
It was moved by Frank Caro and seconded by James Galgano,
the application as prepared by Charles Riley, Land Surveyor,
Tarrytown, N.Y. be granted and the following resolution regarding
the subdivision of the property was passed unanamously:*See
attached survey.
It was moved by James Galgano that the public hearing be
closed. There being no further business the meeting was adjourned
at 9s20 P-M.

VILLAGE OF NORTH TARRYTOWN

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Board of the Village
of North Tarrytown will meet at Village Hall, 28 Beekman Avenue,
North Tarrytown, N.Y. on Tuesday, May 13, 1980, at 8:00 P.M. for the
purpose of holding a public hearing on a proposal to amend the official
map of the Village of North Tarrytown with respect to the lot designated
on the Village of North Tarrytown Assessment Map as Section 16, Block 9,
Lot IB, said lot owned by Elvira Margotta.
Copies of the proposed official map changes are available at
the Office of the Village Clerk located at 28 Beekman Avenue, North
Tarrytown, N.Y. during the normal business hours of 9 - 5 P.M. for
the purpose of inspection and procurement of interested persons.
