                  <text>PLANNING BOARD MINUTES

A meeting was held of the North Tarry town Planning Board, on
Wednesday, October 15, 1980, with members Frank Rea, John Caro,
and Ray Windas, Jr. Jim Galgano and Jim Caraley were absent.

1.

A review of the Daly - Hughes sub-division request appears
to be in order for Public Hearing, which is scheduled for
November 13th, 1980, regarding final plat decision.

The sketch plat information regarding the Guarneri subdivision was reviewed and further processing to the
preliminary plat stage is in order should the Owner see
fit per Article III, Section 6, of the Lot Division
Regulation. Village Clerk to advise owner.

3.

Notices from other Planning Groups were reviewed.
There are no other actions pending or requiring further
action on the part of the Planning Board at this time.

4.

Jterhn Caro has agreed to serve as Chairman of the
Planning Board.
