Present: Janet Gandolfo, Chairperson Francis Caro Victor Page, Building Inspectc Absent: Anthony Gasparovic Roman Windas Demetrious Caraley The meeting was called to order by the Chairperson. Miss Gandolfo informed the Board that a petition from residents of Clinton Street had been forwarded to her from the Village Board of Trustees. The residents of Clinton Street had signed the petition in favor of rezoning Clinton Street from residential (R-5) to commercial (C-2). Mr. Walter Gregory, a property owner on Clinton Street, was present at the meeting. He stated to the Board that it was his opinion that if the Street were rezoned property values would increase. ^^ Mr. Caro stated that the Board would have to look into the matter ^ ' a n d investigate any possible detrimental effects if the Street were to be rezoned. Miss Gandolfo stated that the Planning Board would hold a public meeting in an effort to ascertain whether public opinion would be in favor of the rezoning. Mr. Gregory stated that he had gone to the Board of Trustees and the Zoning Board and both boards had referred him to the Planning Board. Miss Gandolfo stated that before the public meeting a questionnaire should be sent to all involved property owners. She would present the results of the poll at the public meeting held on this matter. There being no further business the meeting was adjourned at 9:00 P.M.
