Dear Mr. Bowles:
We are in receipt of your appeal from the decision of the
Planning Board with respect to subdivision of your property located
at 104 Rice Avenue, North Terrytown, N.Y., known and designated on
Village Tax Assessment Map as Section 17, Block 21, Lots 63, 66, 67.
We cannot grant you a public hearing on this appeal, in as
much as appeals from a decision of the Planning Board must be
presented to a court of record (fee*Chapter 62, Article 7, Section 19,
Zoning Code of the Village of North Tarry town).
Under Section 62-40, the Board of Appeals can hear appeals
only in accordance with the provisions of that section.
