Pleasantville, N.Y. 10570
Dear Mr. Bowles:
Your letter of January 11, 1976 was referred to me.
Please be advised that the following procedure should be
followed as per your request for a subdivision of your property
at 104 Rice Avenue, known and designated on Village Tax Assessment
Map as Section 17, Block 21, Lots 65, 66, 67:
A Plot plan of the entire area showing the present house on it
together with the distances of the house from the front property line
and side lines and rear property lines.
A plot plan showing the division into two lots.
One lot should show the house on it indicating the distances of
side lines from the property line, plus the area of the lot.
The other lot should show the area and length of the side line,
width, front and back, also the area of the house.
If you have any questions regarding the above, please call me
at 631-0180.
Sincerely,

[l^ai^HHf
