At the Planning Board meeting held on Feb. 13,1976
at 8PM at the Village Hall, the Board reviewed your subdivision plan dated Aug. 13, 1974, drawn by Charles Riley
and find that Lot 1 and Lot 2 as indicated on plot submitted do not confront to the minimum requirement of the
Zoning ordinance Section 62-8B-R-4-5 minimun lot area
4000 Sq.ft. Section 62-12-A(Area).
The area or dimensions of any lot, yard, parking area
or other space shal not be reduced to less than the minimun required by this ordinance.
Therefor your request for sub-division cannot be
granted.
