Decade Excused: James H« Karr The Planning Board dlsoussed the proposed annexation of the Phelps Memorial Hospital Site to the Village of North Tarrytown* After a thorough study had been made, taking Into consideration the diepositions made by the Hospital Authorities with regards to sewer lines, water lines, roads, refuse disposal, etc., at the Public Hearing held on January 11th, 1954, It was moved and seconded that "THE NORTH TARRYTOWN PLANNING BOARD RECOMMENDS TO THE NORTH TARRYTOWN BOARD OP TRUSTEES THAT THE PHELPS MEMORIAL HOSPITAL SITE BE ANNEItED TO THE VILLAGE OF NORTH TARB^TOWN". Tills motion was unanimously passed. The members of the Planning Eoard were requested to consider the parking problems on Slra street adjacent to the Mallory Plant, Reports to be made at the next meeting of the Board, The nesrt regular meeting of the North Tarrytown Planning Board was scheduled for February 10th, 1954« WILLIAM HALES, CHAIRMAN RAYMOND R.
