Dear Sir* Referring to yours of July 13th, would advise that same was taken up at a meeting of the Board of Trustees, held on Monday evening, August 5th, 1929> and I was directed by the said Board to advise you that the aotion of the Zoning Board in passing a resolution to amend the Zoning Ordinance to provide for a ten (10) foot set back from rear lines in residence "A" for all excessory buildings was confirmed by the Board of Trustees, providing that all the legal requirements covering such amendment had been provided for* Also that permission was granted by the Boar* of Trustees for the Zoning Board to use the Corporation Booms on the third Tuesday of each month for the purpose of holding meetings« Relative to the filing cabinet for the Building Inspector, I have been authorized to purchase same and am awaiting receipt of advice from Mr, Minnerly as to just what he requires* Trusting that the action taken will meet with your approval, I remain, Very truly yours, (} irlJLlage^ Clerk. �iPr he or.
