Minnerly- 18 Hudson Terrace, North Tarrytown, N.Y. ��Minutes of the Regular meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of North Tarrytown held at the Corporation Rooms in the Village of North Tarrytown on the 19th day of November, 1930. — present: Gerald B. Gould, Chairman William C. Schmidt John K. Mullon David Page, Jr. John J. Lofaro, Secretary. Mr. Gould called the meeting to order at 8:30 P.M. The minutes of the regular meeting of the Board held on October 22nd, 1930, were read and approved. Mr. WInfield L. Morse, appearing before the Board in behalf of the Philipse Manor Improvement Association on the matter of the garage set back as requested by Mr. H.D. Minich, informed the Board that Mr. Minich conferred with a committee of the association regarding the same. That at said conference numerous suggestions were made and that the matter was put over until such time when Mr. Minich is in possession of estimates of the cost of construction of said garage either in the front or in the rear of fch& premises * It was called to the attention of the Board through the Public Press that the Board of Trustees on December 5th, 1930, will hold a public hearing for the purpose of taking action on changing from residential to business that particular property located on the Northwest corner of Depeyster Street and Broadway. An informal discussion followed and it was concluded that this Board has no / �H i i �jurisdiction in the matter.
