Present: John K. Mullen, Acting Chairman David Page, Jr. John J. Lofaro, Secretary. Mr..Mullon called the meeting to order at 8:25 PM. The minutes of the regular meeting of the Board held on December 17th, 1930. were read and approved. Percy N. Minnerly, Building Inspector, made his report relativ to the matters referred to him by letter from this Board, dated September 24,,, 1930. He stated that the business sign at 59 Howard Street was removed and that the owner of same has discontinued conducting business at said address for a period of over three years. He informed the:Board that the tool house or shed on Merlin Avenue has since been demolished. He then spoke about various apparent violations of the Zoning Ordinance in Residential A aad B Districts, and that he cannot at the present time make any specific complaints unless and until he is in a position to prove'•his assertions. With regard to the cabinet, he informed the Board that there is no available space in the Corporation rooms and that the matter is tabled until suchN time that there may be space to install one. He then inquired of the B©ard whether or not he would be justified in granting building permits ©n lots under 75 feet in Philips i �5 iv 1 Sm I i �&Z Manor, if the "buildings meet with the set back requirement. Then followed an oral report of the permits applied for and granted by him. On motion of Mr. Page and carried it was resolved that the matter of apparent violations as told by the Building Inspector be put over until a meeting of the full Board of the Zoning Board of Appeals. After due deliberation on Mr. Minnerly's inquiry regarding the granting of building permits on lots under 75 feet providing the buildings did not violate the set back requirements, the Board held unanimously that the Building Inspector would be justified in granting such permits. On motion ©f Mr. Page and carried it was resolved that the Building Inspector on and after the month of January, 1931, be required to submit t© this Board a complete monthly report as provided for by rule 16 ©f the rules of this Board. On Motion of Mr. Mullen and carried, it was resolved that a form of report be printed for the Building Inspector's monthly report and that the Secretary,appointed as a committee of one, X K prepare such a form t© be submitted at the next meeting of the Board for its approval. Mr. Page-vthen moved that a special meeting of the Board be called on Wednesday, January 28th, 1931,to discuss the kindergarten class conducted by Mr. Rev.
