Minutes of the Regular Meeting of the
Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village
of North Tarrytown, held at Rescue Hose
Company Club Rooms in the Village of
North Tarrytown on the 27th day of
March, 1931.
present:

Mr. Gould called the meeting to order at 8:15 Pm.
The minutes of the Special meeting of the Board held on the
28th day of January, 1931, were read and approved.
The reports of the Building Inspector, dated March 2nd and
March 27th, 1931, respectively were read and filed.
The Building Inspector called to the attention of the Board
that one Mrs. Carl Berg is contemplating altering her residence
in Philipse Manor to accomodate two families; that he notified the
said Mrs. Berg by letter that such an act would "be in violation 'to£
the Zoning Ordinance and that he would furnish to this Board a
copy of his letter to Mrs. Berg so that the same may be spread upon
the minutes of this meeting.
Mr. Gould stated to the Board that H.D. Minich informed him
of the abondonment of the Hunter Avenue project which the Board had
under consideration since Setpember 11, 1930, and the erection by
himv of a dwelling on the corner of Bellwood and Kelbourn Avenues in
the place and stead of the said Hunter Avenue proposition.
There being no further business to transact, meeting adjourned
