At a recent meeting, the Board of Directors of the Philipse Manor
Improvement Association adopted a resolution of appreciation for the action
of the Zoning Board of Appeals in connection with the Red Gables violation,
and I, as Secretary, was requested to write your Board and inquire as to the
present status of;the legal proceedings authorized under the resolution
adopted by the Zoning Board of Appeals at its September 24th meeting*
The Board of Directors holds itself in readiness to cooperate to
the fullest extent with your Board in this or in any similar matter*
I would appreciate a prompt reply as our Board of Directors holds
its next regular meeting at an early date* I am sending a copy of this letter
to the Clerk of the Village Board of Trustees*
