Y. held at the Corporation Rooms, in the said Village, on the 20th day of January, 1932. Present; Gerald B. Gould, Chairman John K. Mullon David Page, Jr. John J. Lofaro, Secretary Mr. Gould called the meeting to order at 8:10 o'clock P.M. The minutes of the regular meeting held on December 16th, 1931.were read and approved. The Building Inspector^ report, dated January 8th, 1932 was read and ordered to be placed on file. A letter from the Philipse Manor Improvement Association, dated January 6th, 1932,. and the reply thereto, dated January 14th, 1932, and the letter to the Honorable Board of Trustees, dated January 14th, 1932, were read. The Secretary informed the Board of the receipt of certified copies of the minutes of the Board of Trustees relating to the change from Residence to Business of that particular property on the northwest corner of Broadway and Depeyster Street. Mr. Gould informed the Board that he held a telephonic conversation with Mr. Sinnott who informed him that he (Mr. Sinnott) could not very well attend the meetings of this Board on Wednesday evenings due to other engagements on said days and that any Tuesday or Thursday evening would be most convenient. �Sf �Mr. Mullon moved that the Board adjourn this meeting to Tuesday evening, January 26th, at which time Mr. Sinnott would attend.
