At a Regular meeting of the
Zoning Board of Appeals of
the Village of North Tarrytown, N. Y. held at the
Corporation Rooms in said
village on the 21st day of
April, 1952.

Present:
Gerald B. Gould, Chairman
William C. Schmidt •
John K. Mullon
David Page, Jr.
John J. Lofaro, Secretary
Mr. Gould called the meeting to order at 8:35 P.M.
The minutes of the regular meeting of February
1932 were read and approved.

The Secretary called to the attention of the Board
that no reply to Mr. Gould1s letter of February 19th
was received either by him or by Mr. Gould from Mr.
Sinnott. Mr. Schmidt suggested that the Secretary be
instructed to write Mr. Sinnott to turn over all the
papers, correspondence and data in connection with
"Red Gables" to Mr. Sadofsky, the newly appointed
Corporation Counsel. On a motion duly made and seconded, the Secretary was so instructed.
Mr. Schmidt further suggested that the Secretary
be instructed to send a copy of the letter to Mr. Sinnott
to Corporation Counsel Sadofsky and call Mr. Sadofsky*s
attention to the open matter on the records of this
Board and ask him to be present at the next meeting so
that this Board may advise with him regarding a disposition therein. On a motion duly made and seconded,
the Secretary was so instructed.
The Building Inspector's reports bearing dates
February 29th and April 8th respectively, were read
and placed on file.
There being no further business to transact, the
meeting adjourned at 8:45 P.M. to meet again on May 19th,
1932.
