Y., held at the Corporation Rooms in said Village on the 7th day of June, 1932. Presents Gerald B. Gould, Chairman William C. Schmidt John K. Mull on David Page, Jr. John J. Lofaro, Secretary Abraham N. Sadofsky, Corporation Counsel At the close of the Public Hearing in the matter of Scarano and Lasco, Mr. Gould called this Special meeting at 8:45 P.M. for the purpose of taking up and disposing of other matters now before the Board. The Secretary read an undated letter from Mr. Walter Luberger, addressed to this Board, which letter was received on June 6, 1952, asking permission to enlarge the present two car garage to a three car garage on premises owned by him at 139 Millard Avenue. With his application, Mr. Luberger enclosed copies of the minutes of a meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals held on April 25,1928 at which meeting the Board decided that the premises owned by him were nonconforming and that the building on said premises be permitted to be used as a two family dwelling. After due deliberation in the matter, the Board unanimously granted Mr. Lubergerfs application provided he comply with the requirements of the Building Inspector. In,theMatter of "Red Gables", a letter from Abraham N. Sadofsky, Corporation Counsel, dated June 4th, 1953, w a s read and acted upon. It was an opinion to the effect that any and all legal action by this Board or by the Board of Trustees against the owners of "Red Gables" �if. i Us ill Mill, I �to prohibit the existing violation, was now barred by the Statute of Limitations. Mr. i'ofaro moved that the opinion of Counsel be placed on file and that the case of "Red Gables" be closed. The motion was duly seconded and on the roll call was unanimously carried. Mr. Gould suggested that a copy of the Corporation Counsel's opinion be mailed to the Philipse Manor Improvement Association and a copy sent to the Tarry town Daily News for publication. Such a motion was made by Mr. Page, duly seconded, and carried. There being no further business, meeting adjourned at 9:30 P.M. to meet again on June 28th, 1932.
