in the absence of Mr. pollard,Mr. Schraidt acted as chairman and called
the meeting to order at 8:18 p.if.
The reading of the minutes of the previous meeting were approved as read.

A communication from the phillipse Manor Improvement Ass'n. which was
referred to the Board by the village trustees was read.
A motion was made by nr. Schmidt and seconded by Mr. page to direct
Mr. Zingaro to inform the Board of Trustees of the decision of the
Zoning Board*s action of nay 13th.,1941 with regards to violations
committed on the Melaville property on Devriea Ave.,north T&amp;rrytown.
The rest of the Board unanimously agreed.
There being no further business,Mr. Schmidt made the motion to adjourn.
Seconded by Mr. Grimball and carried.
It was so ordered at 9:08 P.M.
