The meeting was called to order "bjr Mr* Morse, the chairman at 8;40 P.M.

The Chairman, Mr. Morse, then ordered the minutes of the previous meeting
to be read by the Secretary.
The minutes were then approved as read*
Mr. Morse then Introduced Mr. Edward Martin, who was engaged by the Tillage
to preaare a map of the entire Tillage, to be used in conjunction with the work
of the Zoning Commission.
Mr. Martin then showed the rough draft of the map that he is preparing,
and asked the Members present, for a general idea of Just what the Commission
wanted so that he could poceed with the completion of the map by Monday,
August 20, 1945.
It was agreed by the Members, at the suggestion of the Chairman,
Mr. Morse, to hold the next meeting on the night of Monday, August 27th.,

at 8:30. This, Mr. Morse continued, would give Mr* Martin ample time
to complete and deliver the Map.
There being no further business, it was duly moved and seconded
to adjourn at 9*12 P.M.
