Y. The meeting of the Zoning Commission of North Tarrytown which had convened on November 7th, 1945 and had been adjourned to November 14th, 1945, reconvened at 8:00 p.m. on said adjourned date. There were present the following commissioners: Winfield L. Morse, Chairman Wallace H. Martin Delancey I* Grimball Thomas Costello David Paige David Levy T. Newman Lawler Mr. Morse, the Chairman of the Commission, called the meeting to order and in the absence of Mr. Francis X, Quain, Secretary, designated Mr. Lawler as temporary secretary for the meeting. Mr. Martin, the village engineer, presented to the meeting, the zoning map prepared by Mr. Martin in accordance with the instructions of the Commission, which map was carefully examined by the commissioners. Upon motion by Mr. Martin, seconded by Mr. Lav/1 er, it was RESOLVED that the zoning map;prepared upon the order of this zoning;commission by the: village •;engineer on which map are delineated the zoning districts of the village of North Tarrytown and the written descriptions by boundaries of the districts delineated thereon which descriptions fare attached to said map be and the same are hereby approved and adopted as the;; zoning map described in the proposed Zoning Ordinance for the village of North Tarrytown �i prepared by this Zoning Commission and it was further RESOLVED that the said zoning map,descriptions and the Ordinance prepared "by-this Zoning Commission be filed with the Village Clerk and that a,public hearing be called in accordance with the law to be held on November 30th, 1945 unless the Chairman of this Commission be unable to have the Zoning Ordinance printed and filed in the said office of the Clerk within the time prescribed by statute in which event the/Chairman is authorized to call the public hearing in accordance with the law for December 7th, 1945 at 8:00 p.m. There being no further business upon motion by Mr. Grimball, econded by Mr. Costello, the meeting/adjourned, <^&lL Temporary Secretary � Dublin Core The Dublin Core metadata element set is common to all Omeka records, including items, files, and collections.
