February 27,1946.

Dear S i r ;

The regular monthly meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals,
will be held Monday,March 4th.,at the Municipal Building on Beekman
Avenue, at 8:00 P.M.
As we discussed at the last meeting, we will try,in the future,
to meet every month on the first Monday.
Please make a special effort to attend,because,with the
increased amount of new building,I know the Building Inspector has
several instances where he would like to have the opinion of the
Board.

Yours very truly9

Secretary.
