She meeting was called to order at S:10 PM. The following members
of the "board were present:
David Page
Edward Kbval
Heil Gallogaly
r, Edward Coamings, Chairman
In addition, Village Attorney Angelo Zingaro and Building Inspector
James Ifitspatrick were present.
The complaint filed relative to parking at 37 Hudson Terrace was
discussed and it was'moved, seconded, and carried as follows:
Olhe Building -Inspector; is,directed to investigate conditions at the
above location. , In the event conditions are in accordance with the
complaint or/and violate the zoning code, he is directed forewith to
remedy the situation.

complaintant as above, was referred to the Building Inspector and
Fire Chief for investigation. Amotionto that effect was moved;
seconded, and carried. .It was also moved, seconded, and carried
to hold a regular monthly meeting on the second Monday of the
month. The Board of Trustees are being notified of this and
requested to make available to the Stoning Board a copy of the
report of all building permits issued daring the month.
The need for a locked filing cabinet and a cabinet for filing
specification maps and plans was discussed.' 55se matter was referred
to the Board of Trustees for their concurrence and authorisation.
